Principal, Chief Creative Officer
Rosario Moreno brings a 30 year experience in DRTV and television. She has created and produced first time DRTV and PR campaigns for top companies like Procter and Gamble and Unilever. She has designed programs to promote established brands like Pepsi, AT & T, Green Giant, Cap'n Crunch, Nestle, Chevrolet, Disney World of Children, Disney Records and Chrysler Corporation to modern entities such as Bankinternet.com and CinemaniaNetwork.com, to the recently launched Edinburgh Business School MBA Distance Program. She has consulted in the development of marketing strategies for the Brickell Communications language courses and its international DRTV campaigns. She has the ability to conceive an idea and develop it to fruition, enhanced by her knowledge of marketing direct to the consumer. She was a consultant for the Edinburgh Business School’s Distance MBA program on  marketing strategy  design. She created/produced the DRTV advertising campaign, from script to screen. One of Ms Moreno's DRTV campaigns was nominated for an Emmy, a first in the  industry, 

 

Principal, Chief Technology Officer:

Since Omar Montes opened the first browser to surf the web nearly 20 years ago, he was hooked.  He created several internet companies including the Internet Yellow pages and continued on to develop product and campaigns in the internet for the next 20 years. His bilingual, bicultural abilities have allowed him the opportunity to market extensively to the the Worldwide Hispanic Market. His experience goes from religious articles to nutraceuticals and vitamin supplements that have become best sellers in Mexico, Hispanic USA and Puerto Rico.  He continues to create and direct successful online strategies for productas and services offered by ROCCX and oversees all technology aspects of the company.

 

Principal, Stylist and Art Director         
Christina de la Guardia started her TV career as a production coordinator and producer for numerous, General Market productions. Due to her bilingual abilities she has worked in more than two dozen long form DRTV productions in Spanish, French and English. Realizing her propensity to style, Christina produced several music videos and styled a number of network television productions. She has knowledge of niche markets and great experience in production coordination. She has produced special events and programs as well as at least three dozen commercials for many venues. Among her clients are Federated Department Stores where she has worked as Assistant to the Director in several commercial productions for Macy’s. She has also produced DRTV commercials for The Miami Herald, Disney Music and Chevrolet. She was recently the stylist for the Oxi Clean Orange Glow campaign, Skin tones Cosmetics at HSN, the Edinburgh Business School Distance MBA Program, NeuroActive and several music videos.    

        
Principal, Public Relations Boutique Director:  
Xochitl Jacques-Smith (Xochee) made her mark as a child reporter on "Chiquilladas," a Univision Network Cap n’ Crunch mini-show where she wrote, produced and starred. After graduating high school she obtained a job at Manhattan Transfer Productions where she went from client service manager, public relations to producer. While attending graduate school at University of Miami, majoring in Communication Arts, XJ produced several independent commercials, features, music videos and documentaries. She was hired by Federated Department Stores as  Broadcast/Marketing Creative Producer and Hispanic Market Creative Director.  It was at FDS where she was able to demonstrate her marketing expertise by developing comprehensive marketing strategies,building brand awareness plans and developing award winning image campaigns and templates that were mirrored through all means of advertising. After eight years with the company she returned to Los Angeles to develop the ROCCX public relations boutique. She is based both in Miami and LA.

 

Associate and Event Planning Specialist         
Cynthia Mallory embellishes the ROCCX team with her accomplished event planning expertise, her continental imagination and original ideas in producing first class corporate events. She planned and produced events for the following clients: IBM Golden Circle, American Express-President's Club, Bankers Life & Casualty- Sales Convention, DELL Circle of Excellence, Lucent Technologies Sales Convention, Novartis Sales Convention, Harley Davidson Dealer’s Convention, Sears Canada Sales Meeting, Cigna Health Care and a lengthy list of satisfied companies. Her theme events have been nationally acclaimed and mentioned in ABC’s The View, NBC’s The Today Show and Jay Leno.


Associate, Interactive Producer and Media Strategist     
Rene Alvarez’s precision and extraordinary online marketing strategies have won him leadership in online development and marketing of all of the ROCCX campaigns. He has been involved in the strategic planning and development of projects from the bottom up for some of the nations most recognized brands in hospitality and technology:  Norwegian Cruise Lines, Orient Cruise Lines, Sandals, Outrigger Resorts, LexisNexis, Citrix, Las Olas, City of Greater Fort Lauderdale, the Boys & Girls Club and many more. His extensive experience in film and television comes from producing award winning commercials for Macy’s, Verizon, Volkswagen, True, Gateway Computers, Pier One, and many more.
   
Associate, Research Specialist             
Dr. Omar Godoy earned his PH.D at UCLA. He is a research strategist and has provided leadership in several market research studies prior to our marketing drives to determine the goals of those campaigns. He has been instrumental in network television program changes and has contributed to The City of Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Department under Director Al Nodal.   

Associate. Business Manager and Administrator     
Glen Heron's exceptional business management and organizing skills are extremely valued at ROCCX, where he oversees and supports the management and coordination of direct marketing projects, public relations programs, media roll-outs, accounting and business develpment. His experience includes investments and banking, administrating special events, accounting for all company projects and new product/business development.

 

Associate, Ethnic Markets and Community Relations Specialist

Alma Bordenave's extense experience in community relations have made her excell in opening new ethnic markets and cultivating existing ones at ROCCX. Her recruitment abilities and charismatic personna have been instrumental in the development of ethnic markets in America.
